ISO 9001:2015 recognises our work in quality management, ISO 14001:2015 in environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 in occupational health and safety. For us, this achievement represents far more than three certificates. During the preparation process, we examined our operations from a new perspective, reviewing our processes, responsibilities, documentation, and health, safety and environmental practices. Where necessary, we introduced clearer procedures, strengthened our internal controls, and made everyday work safer and better organised for our colleagues. All of this was achieved with the active involvement of our team. Obtaining these certifications is particularly important to us because, as a company working in waste management, recycling and the advancement of the circular economy, we are committed to continuous improvement in our own operations as well. Highquality services, a safe workplace and environmental responsibility will now become an even more integral part of every decision we make. The certification audit has been completed, but the real work continues. We do not see ISO certification as an end goal, but as the starting point for better operations. Going forward, we will continue to improve our processes so that we can serve our partners to an even higher standard.
